I forbindelse med vannlekkasjen i kjelleren 26. juni grunnet uv\u00e6ret bes beboere \u00e5 sjekke boden sin. Styret i Hans Nordahls gate 88-94 har pr\u00f8vd \u00e5 kontakte ber\u00f8rte beboere som vi sett f\u00e5tt vann i boden sin per e-post.<\/p>\n

G\u00e5rdreform (sameiets vaktmesterselskap) har tatt to runder med vannsuging av omr\u00e5dene rundt bodene, etter lekkasjen. De har f\u00e5tt det meste av vannet bort, men det er fremdeles vann i noen boder. For \u00e5 f\u00e5 t\u00f8rket mer trenger de tilgang til bodene. Ta kontakt med styret for \u00e5 ordne dette mtp. l\u00e5n av n\u00f8kkel osv. Alternativt, s\u00e5 t\u00f8rk gjerne litt selv med klut og b\u00f8tte. Styret har v\u00e6rt i kontakt med v\u00e5rt forsikringsselskap, Nemi.\u00a0 Fr\u00f8iland Bygg (skadeutbedringsfirma utpekt av Nemi) var p\u00e5 befaring hos oss fredag 28. juni. Sameiets forsikring (hos NEMI) dekker kun bygningsmessige skader inkl. t\u00f8rking. Dvs. at skader p\u00e5 beboernes gjenstander som er oppbevart i bodene som ble rammet av lekkasjen ikke dekkes av sameiets forsikring og at hver beboer m\u00e5 bruke sin egen innboforsikring for dekning av tap. Det er viktig at alle som har gjenstander som er fuktige fjerner disse fra bodene s\u00e5 raskt som mulig da dette ellers vil sinke t\u00f8rkingen av kjellerne.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
